Yutaka Azuma (東泰, Azuma Yutaka, born 21 September 1967) is a Japanese professional athlete. He is best known as an association football player and manager.[1]

Azuma played for the Toyota company football team from 1986 through 1992.[1]

In 2006, he became a Tokushima Vortiscoach, and he has a career in the team's development program.[1]
