Thanks, I didn't want to speculate on that part. I've gotten a better feel that the same sorts of standards for revdel (and likely oversight) apply here, so that's good. Request for semi-protection for my user talk page

Please semi-protect my user talk page User talk:郊外生活 due to excessive vandalism by cross-wiki long-term abuse w:ja:LTA:HEATHROW aka Sidowpknbihihj. My user talk page was semi-protected 2 years ago due to the same reason. Julien Amiel

The article Julien Amiel was created by Duriusgund (talk · contribs) who is now CU blocked as a sockpuppet by Fr33kman. I tagged the article for deletion as G5, it's now been removed [3] by Visitem (talk · contribs). Very interesting that a new editor shows up to a newly created article. I've got notability questions about the person, but the main issue here is the sock puppetry and probable COI/UPE editing that's happening. Amiel is the director of an AI orgnization called DAU’IA. The article on that organization was created by a now blocked sock (blocked along with Duriusgund). I suspect Visitem is just the most recent puppet of that group. Looking for admin help for deleting the Amiel article and possibly the others, plus CU on Visitem. Ravensfire (talk) 20:37, 26 April 2024 (UTC)

Feels like promotional editing here. The en article on Julien Amiel was deleted in January 2023 [4] with comments about SEO spam sources that led to the creator being blocked there. The creator, EdouardMont was CU blocked by Fr33kman around the same time as Duriusgund. Before being blocked here, EdouardMont created DAU'IA, an AI related organziation founded by Amiel. Please consider if this article should be deleted as well - the promotional editing / spam is pretty clear here. Ravensfire (talk) 21:02, 26 April 2024 (UTC)
