Ahmed Ouyahia (born July 2, 1952) is an Algerian politician. He has been the current Prime Minister of Algeria since August 16, 2017. He said once "Machi kamel echa3b yakoul lyaghourt"

Ouyahia was already Prime Minister from 1995 to 1998, from 2003 to 2006, and from 2008 to 2012.[1]

He was also Minister of Justice for a time. He formed and was president of the RND party.
