Akira Toriyama (Japanese: 鳥山 明, Hepburn: Toriyama Akira, born April 5, 1955)[1] is the creator of many popular anime and manga series, most notably the Dragon Ball franchise. It has many media adaptions, and is now probably the most popular anime series of all time.
