The Circle of Leonardo da Vinci or the Anello di Lierna (in English the "Ring of Lierna") is a footpath and popular hiking trail in the Lombardy region of Italy. It is located on the eastern side of Lake Como. The trail is in the shape of a ring and starts and ends near the town of Lierna. The entrance to the trail is from the Sentiero del Viandante, a longer hiking trail that extends from the Province of Lecco to the Province of Sondrio. The Anello di Lierna is about 20 kilometres (12 miles) long.[1]

The trail goes into the mountains behind Lierna. They are known as the "Alpe di Lierna". It also passes a small church dedicated to Saint Peter. Its name in Italian is "Chiesetta di San Pietro".
