Aussie, Aussie, Aussie! Oi, Oi, Oi! is a popular Australian patriotic cheer or chant often performed at international sporting events that involve an Australian national team. It is a variant of the "Oggy Oggy Oggy" chant used by football and rugby union fans in scotland, which originated in the 1960s. The Australian version of the chant is thought to have originated at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
