Bahawalpur District (Urdu: ضلع بہاولپور) is a district in the Punjab province of Pakistan. The city of Bahawalpur is the capital. The Riasti dialect of the Saraiki language is spoken here, and the neighboring areas in the Bahawalpur area of Cholistan.
