Bruce Lorne Campbell (born June 22, 1958) is an American actor, producer, screenwriter and director.[1] He is known for his starring role in the 1981 horror movie Evil Dead.[2] He has since become a B-movie icon.[3] He starred as Sam Axe in Burn Notice on the USA Network. He played Ronald Reagan in season 2 of the FX original series Fargo in late 2015.

In March 2026, Campbell announced that he was diagnosed with cancer and would begin treatment.[4]
