The burrowing parakeet (binomial name Cyanoliseus patagonus), also known as the Patagonian conure or burrowing parrot. is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is found in Argentina, Chile, Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, and Uruguay. It lives in subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland, and pastureland.
