Coutinho (11 June 194311 March 2019) was a former Brazilian football player. He mostly played for Santos F.C. and the Brazil national team.

Coutinho died on March 11, 2019, in Santos, São Paulo from a heart attack due to diabetes and hypertension, aged 75.[1]
