Desiet Kidane

Desiet Kidane (10 October 2000 – 8 November 2021) was an Eritrean professional racing cyclist.[1][2] She rode for UCI Women's Continental Team.[3] She rode in the women's road race at the 2019 UCI Road World Championships.[4] Her career began in 2018. She was born in Asmara, Eritrea.

Kidane died after being hit by a car while training in Asmara on 8 November 2021, aged 21.[5][6]
