Duraisamy Simon Lourdusamy (5 February 1924 – 2 June 2014) was an Indian Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He was the Prefect emeritus of the Congregation for theOriental Churches in the Roman Curia. He became cardinal in 1985. He was the 4th cardinal from India and the first curial cardinal of Asia outside of the Middle East.

Lourdusamy died in Rome on 2 June 2014, aged 90.[1][2]
