Eugene Koffi Adoboli

Eugene Koffi Adoboli (born 3 October 1934) is a Togolese politician. He was Prime Minister of Togo from 21 May 1999 to 31 August 2000.

In 2011 he was sentenced to five years in jail in absentia for corruption.[1]
