Evangelos Marinakis

Evangelos Marinakis (Greek: Βαγγέλης Μαρινάκης; born 30 July 1967) is a Greek businessman. He is the owner of Greek football club Olympiacos and English football club Nottingham Forest. He is the founder and chairman of Capital Maritime & Trading Corp. He was born in Piraeus and served as a member of the city council.

In March 2020, during the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic, Marinakis tested positive to COVID-19.[1]
