FC Alga Bishkek is a football club from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The club plays in the Kyrgyzstan League. Alga Bishkek is the second most successful club in the league, with 5 titles.

The club was founded in 1947 as FC Zenith Frunze. In the 1950's, the club was named FC Trudovye Rezervy Frunze, FC Iskra Frunze and FC Spartak Frunze. In 1961, the club was renamed to FC Alga Frunze. The club had many more names in the 1990's and 2000's. In 2010, the club was named Alga Bishkek. The club won the Kyrgyzstan League in 1992, 1993, 2000, 2001, 2002.
