Ford Expedition Max
The Ford Expedition Max is a extended length SUV built by the Ford Motor Company. The vehicle is a sister to the standard size Ford Expedition and successor to the Ford Excursion, which was built from 2000 to 2006. The vehicle was introduced in 2007 as the Expedition EL in the United States, the Middle East, and The Philippines, while Canada and Mexico used the Expedition Max name due to conflict with another badged brand sold in those countries. In 2017, Ford made The Expedition Max the global brand with the second generation model starting with the 2018 model year.
