Francesco Maselli or Citto Maselli (born 9 December 1930) is an Italian movie director and screenwriter. He has directed 38 movies since 1949. His 1990 movie Il segreto was entered into the 40th Berlin International Film Festival.[1] His other best known works include directing the movie Gli sbandati (1955) and for his acting role in The Name of the Rose (1986). Maselli was born in Rome.
