Franz Viehböck (born 15 October 1935) is a former Austrian football player. He played as midfielder and was part of the LASK squad, who won the first Bundesliga titel for a team outside of Vienna. He also played for the Austrian national football team

He started his career in 1961 with SVS Linz. In 1964 he went to LASK. There he stayed until the end of his career in 1975. For LASK he played 405 matches (329 league matches) and scored 74 goals. [1]

Franz Viehböck played 18 matches for the Austrian national football team and scored 2 goals. His first match was on 5 January 1962 in a 0–1 loss versus Egypt. His last match was on 30 October 1966 in a 1–3 loss versus Hungary. [2]
