Giacomo Simoncini (born 30 November 1994)[1] is a Sammarinese sports executive and politician. He was one of the Captains Regent of San Marino with Francesco Mussoni from 2021 to 2022. He was the youngest state leader in the world, and also is the only head of state under 30 years of age as of 2021.[2]
