Horst Paulmann Kemna (born 22 March 1935) is a German-Chilean billionaire entrepreneur. He is founder and chairman of Cencosud, the largest retail chain in Chile and the third largest in Latin America.[2]

According to Forbes, his fortune is estimated at US$4.8 billion, and the second richest man in Chile.
