Jan Mans
J. H. H. (Jan) Mans (9 April 1940 – 18 February 2021) was a Dutch politician of the Labour Party (PvdA). In 1982, he was named mayor of Meerssen. Six years later, in 1988 he became mayor in Kerkrade. From 1994 until 2005 he was mayor of Enschede. Mans was born in Heerlen, Netherlands.
Mans died on 18 February 2021 in Meerssen, Netherlands at the age of 80.[1]
