Japan Landa Imphal (Japanese: 日本の戦争でインパール, romanizedNihon no sensō de inpāru, English: Imphal in the Japanese war) is a 2012 Indian Meitei language historical romantic fiction movie. It was produced by Chandam Shyamcharan.[1][2][3] The storyline is based on the romance between a Meitei girl and a Japanese soldier during the Battle of Imphal, a World War II event in Manipur.[3]
