Jorge Antonio Solis

Jorge Antonio Solis (May 1, 1951[1] – October 8, 2021) was an American politician and lawyer. He was nominated to be a judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas by President George H. W. Bush in 1991. In 2014, he became chief judge. He retired from the court in 2016. Solis was born in San Ygnacio, Texas.

Solis died on October 8, 2021 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 70.[2]
