João Agripino da Costa Doria Júnior (born 16 December 1957) is a Brazilian politician, businessman and journalist. He was the Governor of São Paulo, from January 2019 to March 2022. He was the 52nd Mayor of São Paulo.[1] from 1 January 2017[2][3] He was the first mayor in 24 years to be elected in the first round.[4][5] Doria is a member of the Brazilian Social Democracy Party (PSDB).
Doria ran for President of Brazil in the 2022 election, but dropped out in May 2022.[6][7]
