Kenn Navarro (born 1979, in Manila, Philippines) is a Filipino-American animator and voice actor who co-created the adult animated web series Happy Tree Friends with Aubrey Ankrum and Rhode Montijo. He voiced Cuddles, Flippy’s good side (after Ankrum left) and Lifty & Shifty (after their original actor Mark Giambruno left the show).
