Kenneth Cope

Kenneth Charles Cope (14 April 1931 – 11 September 2024) was an English actor. He was best known for his roles as Marty Hopkirk in Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased), Jed Stone in Coronation Street and Ray Hilton in Brookside. Cope was born in Liverpool, England.[1]

Cope was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in 2013.[2] He died on 11 September 2024 from problems caused by the disease in Southport, England at the age of 93.[3][4][5]
