Kenneth Welsh, CM (born March 30, 1942 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada)[1] is a Canadian-American movie and television actor (sometimes credited as Ken Welsh). He is known for his roles in Twin Peaks and in The Aviator. He also appeared in The Day Reagan Was Shot and in The Day After Tomorrow.
