Killing Reagan: A Violent Assault That Changed a Presidency is a book written by Bill O'Reilly and Martin Dugard. It is about the attempted assassination of U.S President Ronald Reagan.[1][2]

The book is the fifth in the Killing series. It follows Killing Lincoln, Killing Kennedy, Killing Jesus, and Killing Patton. The book was released on September 22, 2015.[2][3]

On September 26, 2015, National Geographic announced that a television movie version was being made.[4] In May 2016, it was announced that Tim Matheson and Cynthia Nixon would play Ronald and Nancy Reagan respectively in the movie.[5] Filming began in late May. The movie was released on October 16, 2016.[5]
