He fought in the Korean War. He was the 11th Prime minister of South Korea (1971 to 1975), 31th Prime minister of South Korea (1998 to 2000). first Central Intelligence Agency of South Korea 1961 to 1963. nickname was 'Unjeong'(Korea:운정, hanja:雲庭) or 'JP'.
