Leila Seth (October 20, 1930 – May 5, 2016) was an Indian judge. She was the first woman judge on the Delhi High Court and she became the first woman to become Chief Justice of a state High Court on August 5, 1991.[1] She retired from the court on October 20, 1992. Seth was born in Lucknow, British India.

Seth died on May 5, 2017 at her home in Noida, India from cardio-respiratory arrest at the age of 86.[2]
