Lisa Pauwels (born 27 May 1997) is a Belgian korfball player. She is a member of KC Floriant Merelbeke [nl] and the Belgium national korfball team.

Pauwels became with her club Floriant 2022 Topkorfbal League champion, after beating in the final Borgerhout/GW. Her brother Glenn Pauwels and sister Amy Pauwels played in this final for Borgerhout/GW.[1] Pauwels became 2022 Belgium Korfball player of the year [nl].[2]

With the national team she won the silver medal at the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, Alabama.[3][4]

Pauwels started playing korfball at the age of four. Next to playing korfball she is a kindergarten teacher.[5]
