The Governor of Nevada is the chief magistrate of the U.S. state of Nevada,[2] the head of the executive department of Nevada's state government[2] and the commander-in-chief of the state's military forces.[3]
The current governor is Republican Joe Lombardo, who took office on January 2, 2023.
