McAdam, New Brunswick

McAdam is a village in New Brunswick, Canada with population of 1,250 people. It is used to be a thriving rail town, but slowed down at the beginning of the 21st century when residents moved to larger cities.

In 2020, it has started growing again, after its city council offered building lots for sale for $1.[1]
