McPherson County, Nebraska

McPherson County is a county in the U.S. state of Nebraska. As of the 2020 census, 399 people lived there.[1] The county seat is Tryon. It was named after James B. McPherson.

It was founded in 1890. The county gained its current boundaries in 1913 when land was given to Arthur County.
