Mr. Niebla (February 22, 1973 – December 23, 2019) was a Mexican luchador enmascarado. He worked for Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). His real name is not known as is traditional in lucha libre for masked wrestlers. "Niebla" is Spanish for "fog". Mr. Niebla worked for CMLL from the early 1990s until 2007, and again from 2008 until his death in 2019.

Mr. Niebla died from complications of a blood infection on December 23, 2019 at the age of 46.[4]
