Mukhriz Mahathir

Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir (born 25 November 1964) is a politician from Malaysia. He served as the Menteri Besar of Kedah, from 2013 to 2016 and from 2018 to 2020. He was also a deputy minister and a member of parliament. He is the son of Mahathir Mohamad, a former prime minister. Mukhriz founded the Homeland Fighters Party in 2020. He was part of different political parties like BERSATU and UMNO. He left UMNO with his father to create BERSATU in 2016. Later, they founded the Homeland Fighters Party in 2020.
