Nakhon Ratchasima is a city in Thailand's Nakhon Ratchasima Province.

A high-speed rail from Bangkok, is being planned (as of 2017); the rail line will be built some meters above ground, on 15 kilometers of the track, "to avoid causing traffic problems in downtown Muang district", between Phukhao Lat and Ban Ko railway stations.[1]
