Kesavan Venugopal (22 May 1948 – 11 October 2021), known by his stage name Nedumudi Venu, was an Indian actor.[1] He acted in more than 500 movies.[2] He was born in Nedumudi, Travancore, India. His career began in 1978. His best known roles were in Aaravam, Thakara and Manjil Virinja Pookkal.

Venugopal died on 11 October 2021 at a hospital in Thiruvananthapuram, India from liver failure caused by COVID-19, aged 73.[3]
