Pennsylvania Route 274 (PA 274) is a state highway in Franklin and Perry Counties in Pennsylvania.[2] It is 44 miles (71 kilometers) long.[2] The western end of the highway is at Pennsylvania Route 75 in Fannett Township, Pennsylvania. The eastern end is at US 11/US 15 in Duncannon.
