Kemp's spadefoot toad, Kemp's bush frog, Kemp's horned toad, the upper Rotung shrub frog, Kemp's small tree frog, or Kemp's shrub frog (Philautus kempii) is a frog. It lives in Arunachal Pradesh, India and Xizang, China. Scientists think it might also live in Myanmar.[2][1][3]
