Powder blue is a white-ish cyan color,a darker tone of alice blue and is similar to azure,like most colors ,powder blue don't has a defined hue or saturation. Powder blue, in the 1650s, was powdered smalt (cobalt glass) used in laundering and dyeing applications, and it then came to be used as a colour name from 1894.
