Robert Biedroń

Robert Biedroń (born 13 April 1976) is a Polish politician. He was the mayor of the city of Słupsk from 2014 to 2018.

In 2011, he was elected to the Sejm as a member of the Palikot's Movement party, becoming first coming out gay Member of Parliament in Poland. He gave up his seat before just before swearing in office of mayor, whom he was in years 2014–2018. He is the chairman of Spring ("Wiosna") since 2019.[1] He has been also a Member of the European Parliament (2019–present).[2] He was one of the candidates for the Polish presidential election 2020.[3]
