Salah Stétié (Arabic: صلاح ستيتية‎) (28 September 1929 – 19 May 2020) was a Lebanese writer, diplomat, translator and poet. He wrote in the French language. He also worked in many diplomatic positions for Lebanon in countries such as Morocco and France.[1] Stetie chose to write in French because he believed that the Arabic language was outdated.[2] He was born in Beirut.

Stétié died in Paris on 19 May 2020 at the age of 90.[3]
