Secunderabad is a city in the state of Telangana, India. It is popularly called the twin city of Hyderabad.

Secunderabad was founded in the year 1806 as a British cantonment. Secunderabad and Hyderabad together form the sixth biggest metropolis in India. It is one of the biggest cantonments in India. It has a large presence of army and air force.
