Steven Van Zandt (born Steven Lento; November 22, 1950), also known as Little Steven and Miami Steve, is an American musician and actor. He is a member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, in which he plays guitar and mandolin. He is best known as an actor as Silvio Dante in the HBO drama series The Sopranos and Frank Tagliano / Giovanni "Johnny" Henriksen on the NRK1 drama Lilyhammer. In 2014, he was added to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Van Zandt was born in Winthrop, Massachusetts. He is of Southern Italian ancestry. He moved to Middletown Township, New Jersey when he was seven. He married Maureen Santoro in 1982.[1]
