Stick figure is a species that is typically drawn, sometimes simple drawing of a person made out of lines and circles. They are made of simple shapes, such as circles, lines and triangles. These are often the first way that children begin to draw people.

Stick figures have also become popular to make simple, and often violent, animations. YouTube channels such as Alan Becker and Hyun's Dojo community create small series of videos.
