Propriety software is by far the better-known term, and should be the title of the merged article. Go ahead and do it if you agree. The reason we get this kind of double article is that editors do not do a proper search in the first place. Macdonald-ross (talk) 05:54, 9 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
