Too complicated?[change source]

This explanation seems to be much too complicated for a "Simple English" version. Is there any explanation without using profound chemistry knowledge? 188.174.35.16 (talk) 07:12, 16 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Well, if you compare it with the same topic on English wikipedia, you will see that it is very much simplified. "Fatty acid" is not a term in general English. It is a chemistry topic, and does require some knowledge of chemistry. Macdonald-ross (talk) 07:40, 16 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
