Dear Madam/Sir,

I noticed that there are a lot of mistakes in the article Fermentation in simple English. I don't know how to change the page but if you do, I'll point out the mistakes I can find.

"Fermentation is the process in which bacteria convert glucose (or sugar) into either alcohol or vinegar. This process is called glycolysis"

-Glycolyse is the process of breaking down the C6 from the glucose to C3, and it is not the name for converting glucose into alcohol or vinegar. Furthermore are alcohol and vinegar not the only fermentation products.

"If the fermentation happens with oxygen available (aerobic), the end product is vinegar."

-Fermentation is always anaerobe, when there is use of oxygen it's called aerobic respiration.
