  • In British usage I have never heard the term "fruit preserve" used except when there is some fruit portions in it. It would not be used for a jelly with no bits & pieces in it. It would be called a jelly. Macdonald-ross (talk) 11:23, 3 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
